Bug fixes and system updates can be implemented quickly at any time. There are no installation programs or lengthy setup procedures. If you notice a problem, we can correct it on the fly, and you will always have the latest version of the solution.
A hosted solution means that you pay as you go. Instead of charging you in full for the product up front, we charge a nominal setup fee and a monthly fee that covers development, maintenance and hosting. Since there are only minor costs for you as a client associated with both getting started with and, if necessary, cancelling our services, there's really no risk in switching to our solution.
We use a lot of hosted services ourselves. Some of our favorites are Google Apps for Business (email, documents, etc), Atlassian (bug and task tracking, wiki) and Cerb (helpdesk software).
